Welcome to my website.  My name is David Ungemah, and I am a transportation consultant with Parsons Brinckerhoff. In my fifteen years of experience in transportation planning, my consulting and research has emphasized:

  • High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) systems, High Occupancy Toll (HOT) and managed lanes policy and facility development,
  • Congestion pricing and tolling analysis,
  • Transportation Demand Management (TDM) technical analysis,
  • Transportation outreach and marketing, and
  • Alternative transportation development.
